As a user, I should be able to view the exact size of the Evidence added to the Test Run even if the size is in very few bytes

Currently, when we add Evidence to the Test Run, we can see the size of the file if the size is considerably large in KBs, and if the size is very less like very few bytes, then the size is shown as 0 KB. 

We need to see the file size of the Evidence even in bytes.
