Incompatibility with "The Scheduler" plugin causes problems creating a Test with a call test

Description: Due to the plugin "The Scheduler" incompatibility, when creating a new Manual Test with call Test tests, the dialog to choose the Test to call is not in the front.

When The Scheduler plugin is enabled, Xray doesn't function correctly. Specifically, when trying to add a step in Test Edit > Test Details > Add Step, the windows overlap, making it impossible to fill out the form.

Pre-conditions

Having The Scheduler plugin installed and enabled.

Steps to reproduce

1. Upgrade the Scheduler plugin to version 6.6.8.
2. Create a Test
3. Click on Edit
4. Choose Test Detail >> Add Step >> Call Test

Actual Result :

When clicked on Add Test >> the tab is popped up at the back where we are unable to Call any Tests or edit

Expected Results : 

When clicked on Call Test >> it should pop up in the Front
