Test Run Evidence video cannot be navigated if we have Elements Connect App isntalled

Description:

When we have the Elements Connect App(Version: 6.13.15), the Test Run Evidence video attachment cannot be navigated. 

Pre-conditions:

Install Elements Connect App (V 6.13.15).

Add a video attachment to Jira issues and to the Test Run as Evidence

How to reproduce

1. Click on the Test Run Evidence and navigate by dragging forward and backward
2. Click on the Jira attachment Evidence and navigate by dragging forward and backward

Actual result/Attachments:

Video cannot be navigated to forward or backward for Test Run, while the same video file for the Jira attachment can be navigated.

Expected result:

We should be able to navigate the video Evidence of the Test Run as we can do for Jira attachment.
