It is not possible to assign Test Runs when Smart Attachments for Jira is installed.

Pre-conditions

• Install Smart Attachments for Jira - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1212507/smart-attachments-for-jira/version-history?versionHistoryHosting=dataCenter
• Navigate to Jira Administration >> Apps >> Smart Attachments >> Category Schemes
• Create a dummy scheme and associate the project you want to test with (CALC, for example)

How to reproduce

1. After the configuration of Smart Attachments to the CALC project
2. Go to a Test Execution, check some of the Tests, and then click on the three dots button for bulk operations and select the option Assign. It happens as well when single assign a Test Run.

Workaround
Remove the desired project from the Category Scheme from Smart Jira Attachments.
