NPE is thrown when moving issues

Description
When having the custom field "Test Type" configured for all issue types, a NPE occurs when moving issues to Test, in case those issues were created before the Xray 7.0.0.

How to reproduce

1. Configure Test Type to be used globally (all issue types)
2. Using Xray < v7.0.0 create a Task issue type
3. Upgrade Xray to > v7.0.0
4. Move the Task created to Test
