Display a status on the Jira Migration screen if the Xray migration (JCMA) was not registered on Xray Cloud.

    Description

      If the Xray migration (JCMA) was not registered on Xray Cloud, Xray should display a different status on the Jira Migration screen.

      Currently, it only shows 'RUNNING' with 0% progress, which can confuse users.
