When hovering a requirement status progress bar, a hidden number is shown

On a Requirement issue page, when hovering the requirement status progress bar, the information about tests not run is shown, even when they are equal to 0. That shouldn't happen. (screenshot-1)
This odd behaviour is exclusive to JIRA 5, but on JIRA 6, when hovering the imediate space right next to the requirement status progress bar, no number is shown, but a hidden link dialog appears. (screenshot-2)
