Migration listener errors if JCMA version doesn't have preload

Description

Migration will get stuck at 5% due to the listener failing when exporting Attachments.

How to reproduce

1. Run a server-to-cloud migration

Actual result/Attachments

Migration gets stuck at 5%.

Expected result

Migration should complete without problems.
