When adding Defect summary in other language, Activity entries are incorrect.

Description: While creating a Defect on Test Run page, if Defect summary is added in a language which do not use English letters, like Korean, Mandarin (Chinese), Hebrew etc, the entries of Activity section is incorrect. 

Pre-conditions: NA

How to reproduce

1. Create a Test case.
2. Add a Test Execution under it and execute it.
3. Create a Defect under on the Test Run page with a summary in, lets take example of Korean language.
   
4. Once the Defect is created, under the Activity section we can see incorrect entries.
   

Actual result/Attachments: Activity entries are not same as Defect summary. 

Expected result: Activity entries should be same as Defect summary.
