Comments and blank lines added in the middle of scenarios/backgrounds are ignored when importing feature files

Description:

Cannot import comments and blank lines added in the middle of scenarios/backgrounds when importing feature files.

How to reproduce

1. Create a cucumber test and a cucumber precondition linked to each other with comments and blank lines in the middle of the gherkin steps (see attach).Go to the Test issue and export it to Cucumber.
2. Verify the file: it contains the comments and the blank lines.
3. Now, import the same file via REST API.
4. Actual result/Attachments

Actual Results: it ignores the comments and blank lines, updating the issues.

Expected Results: it should not ignore the comments and blank lines. They should be imported.
