As a user, I should be able to search/filter requirements and defects from the top menu

Since Xray allows an administrator to define the issue types to be considered as requirements or as defects, it would be quite handy to have shortcuts for each of those in the Tests menu.
Therefore, a user should see two new entries:

• Search requirements
• Search defects

Each would lead to the standard issue search screen with the proper JQL.
