As a system, requirements are not being linked automatically to Tests when importing Robot execution results

Description
When using tags, to link tests with requirements importing Robot Execution results the link is not being created automatically.

How to reproduce

1. Use a Robot Execution results file with a <tag> corresponding to a requirement issue
2. Import the execution results using the Rest API endpoint

Actual result/Attachments

• Requirement issue and Test is not being linked

Expected result

• Requirement and Test linked automatically when importing execution results
