Configuration to set a test step field as mandatory

The “Actual Result” field on Test Executions is always optional. It should be a way of providing the configuration ability to set this field as required.

Here is an example of how it could be configured:

• global configuration
  • Test Execution Fields [new section]
    • Actual Result Requirement [dropdown: optional, required]
    • Over-ride Project Setting [checkbox]
    • Allow Per-Project Configuration [checkbox]
• project configuration
  • Actual Result Requirement [dropdown: optional, required]
  • (if managed globally, it could be greyed out)
