As an admin, on Test Execution Archiving configuration page, I should be able to implicitly select all the projects

As an admin, I should be able to implicitly select all the projects on the Test Execution Archiving configuration page.

This option would mean that all the existent and future projects are selected to have their Test Executions archived.
