Test Case Importer is not importing the Tests as Manual

Description
Test Case Importer is not importing the Tests as Manual if the Test type is set to other test types(ex:generic)

Pre-conditions
Set the default value of the Test type to Generic

How to reproduce

1. Import the Tests using the Test Case Importer
2. Tests are Imported as Generic.

Actual result/Attachments

Tests are imported as generic.

Expected result

Tests should be imported as Manual.

Workaround
Perform a bulk change to imported tests, changing from generic to manual. (steps will display)
