Description
Description
When Sub-Test Executions are archived by the Test Execution Archiving process, it´s not possible to restore them since the linked Requirement remains unarchived, and to unarchive the Sub-Test Executions, that is a Sub-task of the Requirement, you need to unarchive the Requirement.
Pre-Conditions
Enable the Test Execution Archiving process.
How to reproduce
- Create a Requirement with one New Test
- Execute it in two Sub-Test Executions
- Give the final Status to both of them so the oldest Sub-Test Execution gets archived by the Test Execution Process
- The Sub-Test Execution should get archived by the Test Execution Archiving process
Actual result/Attachments
The Sub-Test Execution that got archived by the Test Execution Archiving process cannot be restored since the Requirement wasn´t archived and to restore a Sub-Test Execution process it´s necessary to unarchive its corresponding Requirement.
Expected result
There should be a way to restore Sub-Test Executions that got archived by the Test Execution Archiving process.
Version
- 7.10.2
Workaround
As a workaround to restore those Sub-Test Executions, you can archive and unarchive the Requirement manually on Jira ( if this process doesn´t work at the first time, try to run it once again).
