As a system, is not possible to remove a Test from a Requirement issue

Description
In Jira 10, the "Remove" button intended to remove the association between the requirement and the test is not functioning as expected in the requirement issue.
The request returns 403 Forbidden

How to reproduce

1. Go to the requirement
2. Click on the delete button on the Test Coverage section, to remove the association with it

Actual result/Attachments

1. The association between the test and requirement is not removed
   

Expected result
Association between the test and requirement should have been removed

Workaround
Go to the "Issue Links" section and remove the association from there.
