File size increase when downloading Binary attachments

Description
When a binary file is uploaded as attachment and then downloaded, its size is different from the original size.

Pre-conditions

How to reproduce

1. Add a binary file to a test step
2. download the attachment

Actual result/Attachments

The file size is increased by a few bytes (see attachments)

Expected result

The file size should remain the same
