Xray interfering with Zendesk support for Jira and causes the issue types loading issue
Pre-conditions
How to reproduce
- Create a Zendesk account (https://www.zendesk.com/in/register/)
- Install the Zendesk support for Jira on the Jira instance.
- Integrate/configure Jira with Zendesk
Instruction - (https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408837969946-Setting-up-the-Zendesk-Support-for-Jira-integration) - Go to your Zendesk account and try to create a Jira ticket.
Actual result/Attachments
Issue types are not loading for Xray configured projects while creating an issue from Zendesk.
Expected result
Issue types should not affect Zendesk and issue types should be loaded correctly
