Description

When creating a Defect in the Test Run the Environment is not seen in Visual Mode, but on Text Mode

How to reproduce

1. Create a Test Execution
2. Add the Environment in the Test Execution

1. Create the Test Run
2. Add Defect in the Test Run
3. If the default view is Visual Mode, the Environment won't show

1. If the view is changed to Text Mode the Environment defined in the Test Execution is shown

Actual result/Attachments

If the Visual Mode is the select default View, the Environment won't show, but if the View is in Text Mode the Environment defined in the Test Execution is seen

Expected result

To be able to view the Environment in both views being Visual or Text

Workaround

The workaround is to click the Text mode or to have as Default the Visual mode.
