    Description

      As a use, I would like the Automated Steps Library's Label Filter section to allow choosing between AND or OR actions for the filtering.

      Currently, when choosing more than one Label in the filter, the results will show all Steps that contain at least one of the selected labels (OR behavior).

       

      I want to be able to search for only the Steps that contain all the filter selected labels (AND behavior).
