Adding defects to the step level creates duplicate rows in the stored table.

Pre-conditions
Create a manual test with steps, and then execute it. Inside the Test Run, create a defect in the Global section.

How to reproduce

1. Add a defect into a step

Actual result/Attachments
Checking the CUSTOMFIELDVALUE table you notice that duplicate rows are getting created. The number of duplicates is not always the same.

Expected result
Should only create one row
