Unable to click the Test Step defect option if the step comment section is closed with the ESC key.

Pre-conditions

How to reproduce

1. Create a Test with 2 steps and execute it.
2. Write a comment (minimum 10 rows) on step 1.
3. Save the comment.
4. Open the comment again.
5. Close it with the Esc key on the keyboard
6. Try to click on the Defects + button of the next step.
7. It is not possible to click on the + button of the next step

Workaround
It works when reloading the page, and opening and closing the comment without the keyboard ESC key.
