Fix test step integrity is taking too long to run

Description
When deleting a project, an integrity fix starts running. And when there are a huge number of invalid tests it can take a while running the test steps integrity

Pre-conditions

How to reproduce

1. Create invalid test steps
2. Create invalid attachments referencing test steps
3. Create a project
4. Delete a project
5. (Step 3 and 4 can be replaced by running the integrity check for "Test Step")

Actual result/Attachments

It takes a long time to run not allowing to finish delete a project

Expected result
It should finish running in an appropriate time
