Calling endpoint "/rest/raven/1.0/issue/picker" should not return any error

Description
When we call the internal endpoint ((HostURL)/rest/raven/1.0/issue/picker) using a GET method with a wrong payload (like an empty payload), we get an 500 error with a stack trace

Pre-conditions

Have a Data center Jira Instance with Xray

How to reproduce

1. Do a GET call to the (HostURL)/rest/raven/1.0/issue/picker endpoint 

Actual result/Attachments

We get a 500 error with a stack trace
