During migration from Zephyr Squad to Xray, if a test step's action field contains only spaces, Xray does not convert it to "undefined"

Description

During migration from Zephyr Squad to Xray, if a test step's action field contains only spaces, Xray does not convert it to "undefined" as expected, resulting in a migration error.

How to reproduce

1- Install the Zephyr Squad (9.6.2.96209902)

2- Once the Zephyr is installed, create a Zephyr test and do not value for the action field; just press on the space on the keyboard a couple of times.

3- Execute this test and add any status of your preference. 

4- Once it's executed, perform the migration to the Xray by accessing the system, external import, and Zephyr Jira importer.

• During the migration, it will throw an error: **

Expected result:

• Xray should handle test steps with only spaces as "undefined," similar to how it processes truly empty action fields.
• The migration should be completed successfully without errors.

Workaround

• Ensure that there is no space.
