In Test Run, when creating an Execution Defect/Create Sub-Task, the icon and dropdown should be aligned

Description

When the user wants to add an Execution Defect and create a Sub-Task, the dropdown button as well as its icon are not properly aligned.

How to reproduce

1. Execute a Test
2. Create Sub-Task
3. Add any Parent Issue

Expected result

The dropdown and Icon should be aligned with the selected Parent Issue
