Migration to Cloud: Parameter Value List added from the global isn't migrated

The issue is reproducible on the Mac Sequoia 15.3.2

Chrome Version Version 134.0.6998.89 (Official Build) (arm64)

Preconditions:

• The admin is logged in ;
• The Xray Project is created with a Parameter Value List added from the global on the DC;
• The Xray Project migrated to the cloud ;

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to cloud ;
2. Open migrated project ;
3. Open Xray Project Settings ;
4. Open the Parameter Value List tab ;

Actual Result: 

The parameter Value List added from the global isn't migrated to the cloud ** 

Expected Result: 

The parameter Value List added from the global should be  migrated to the cloud **
