The Steps Count field is not being correctly calculated

Description

The Steps Count field is not being correctly calculated.

The Clear All Values and Full Re-index do not solve the problem.

How to reproduce

1. Perform a JQL search using manualTestsWithoutSteps().
2. Note this is not always replicable

Actual result/Attachments

In the picture, it is possible to see that a Test that contains Steps is retrieved, but it shouldn't. Note: the field Steps Count is also not working correctly.

Expected result

Only Tests without steps should appear.
