As a user, I would like that a 'Search' button is added to the Automated Steps Library

Currently, when searching steps in the Automated Steps Library, searches will be dynamically triggered with each new character that is entered in the search bar. This behavior can be problematic if that projects has a very large amount of steps, leading to long waiting times.

As a user, I would like that a 'Search' button is added, along with a way to toggle between the dynamic search behavior and the 'Search' button. When using the 'Search' button, new characters entered in the search bar should not trigger dynamic queries, and the query should only be carried out when the 'Search' button is clicked.
