Launch Event When Editing Test Type Inline in "Test Details" Module

When a user edits the Test Type field inline within the "Test Details" module on the issue view screen, no event is launched.

The ‘Test or Pre-Condition Updated’ event should be launched, just as it is when editing the Test Type via the Edit Issue screen or when the Test Type field is added to the Xray View Test Screen (the default Test Type view screen) and edited inline.
