Preload of Attachments fails for a Project

Description

If a project is re-keyed to something else from the original key, the path generated during the preload of attachments is wrong, which causes the project to fail for the preload.

How to reproduce

1. Create a Project with key XYZ
2. Create a "Test" in project XYZ and add attachments to Steps.
3. Change the Project Key to YZX
4. Run preload of app data for that project

Actual result/Attachments

Preload fails for that particular project.

Expected result

Preload should be successful as long as the files exist on disk and are readable.
