Description: Defect created from a Test Run and if Test Step has a call Test, images do not get cloned

Pre-conditions: NA

How to reproduce

1. Create a Test case T1 and add Test steps to it.
2. Add a few images in the Test steps fields.
3. Create another test case T2 and call the first test T1 into it.
4. Add a Test execution to Test case T2.
5. Run the test execution and create a defect to it.
6. Error cloning attachments appear on the screen.

Actual result/Attachments:

Expected result: The attachment should be cloned.
