As a user, I would like to have the Folder Name included in the Test Repository REST API request results and parameters

I would like to have the Folder Name included in the Test Repository REST API request results and parameters.

Currently, we can get the Folder IDs for all the subfolders within the searched folder. However, it does not return the Foder Name, nor can we search for a specific name with the request parameters.

It would speed up looking up a specific folder in the Test Repository significantly and reduce the number of API calls necessary if this field can be added in the subfolder results and as a parameter in the request.
