      Pre-conditions
      Create an automation rule as illustrated below

      How to reproduce

      1. Open or create a Generic Test issue
      2. Change the value of Generic Test Definition field (both via Edit Issue dialog or Issue View page)

      Automation is not triggered

      Expected result
