Requirements List Gadget shows HTML code for Sub-Requirement field values

Description
The Requirements List Gadget shows HTML code for the fields values of linked Sub-Requirements.

Pre-conditions:

A requirement to have a sub-requirement.

How to reproduce

1. Create a Requirements List Gadget. Configure the gadget saved filter such that it shows Sub-Requirements(Stories) under Requirements(Epics)

Actual result/Attachments:

The sub-requirements fields are not rendered, but, HTML code for the corresponding values is shown

Expected result:

The fields values for the Sub-Requirements should be displayed

Workaround:

This problem is not happening in 7.10.4
