Xray 7.12.0 is using the new project key instead of the original key for storing attachments

Description: After Xray version upgrade change the attachment location is changed, and older attachments are not loading. New attachments are working fine.

How to reproduce

1. Create a project
2. Install Xray V 7.11
3. Create a Manual Test case (with attachments) and add a Test Execution under it.
4. Run the TE and add a few evidence.
5. Change the project key /jira_server>/secure/project/EditProject!default.jspa?pid=
6. Update Xray to the version to 7.12
7. Open the same Test Run and open the evidence.
   1. Evidence will not open because Xray is trying to load the evidence using the new project key and it should use the original key.
8. Add more attachments to Tests or Test Runs. Xray will create a folder with the new project key instead of using the original key

Actual result/Attachments

Expected result: Evidences from before upgrading to Xray 7.12.0 should open as usual. Xray should use the same directory as Jira to store the new attachments
