TeamBoard TimePlanner application is interfering with Xray.

Xray options in the Test details section are not visible correctly when the TeamBoard TimePlanner is installed.

Install TeamBoard TimePlanner 

How to reproduce

1. Create Test
2. Enable the TeamBoard TimePlanner.
3. Check the options in Test Details section(Add Test, Import Tests, Export Tests).
