As a user, I would like to have data retention settings for Test Executions, Test Runs, and Attachments

As a user, I would like to have instance-wide data retention policy for key Xray entities such as Test Executions, Test Runs, and Attachments. This feature would allow administrators to define how long to retain each type of data across the entire instance.

Specifically, the request includes:

• A global setting to define how long to retain:
  • Test Executions
  • Test Runs
  • Attachments

• The ability to override this setting at the project level, allowing individual projects to retain data for longer or shorter periods based on their specific needs.

• A tool to estimate storage impact, showing the amount of data currently stored per entity type and the potential storage savings if retention rules were applied up to a certain date.

This would enable better storage management, transparency, and control over long-term data growth in large-scale environments.
