As a user, I can see a Test Executions section on the Test Plans view issue page

A new section named "Test Executions" must be displayed on the Test Plan view issue page bellow the "Tests" section.

The Test Executions section must contain a table with all Test Execution issues that are associated with the current Test Plan.

The column layout must be configured by user as with other Xray issue tables.

The default columns are:

• Key
• Summary
• Environments
• Assignee
• #Tests - number of Test Runs
• Status - a status progress bar just like the "Test Execution Status" CF.

The fixed columns are "Key" and "Status".

The table must be sortable.
