Only projects with Xray data and requirement coverage enabled should appear in the Pre Flight Checker.

How the  Xray Pre-Flight Checker Works:

All Jira projects are currently listed in the Xray Pre-Flight Checker, even those without any Xray-related data.

When downloading the Dependency Map, projects with no Xray data are incorrectly included in the "Independent Projects" section, alongside valid Xray projects that are simply not connected to others.

This behavior can confuse users, as unrelated projects appear with real Xray projects.

How it should work:

Only projects containing Xray data and with requirement coverage enabled should appear in the Pre-Flight Checker. This ensures that customers can identify which projects are relevant to Xray.

Additionally, when downloading the Dependency Map, only valid Xray projects should be included in the "Independent Projects" section, accurately reflecting those not linked to others.
