Images in PNG format that are copy-pasted into Test Steps do not appear as expected

Description

Images in PNG format that are copy-pasted into Test Steps do not display correctly. However, when the image is added using the attachment option in a PNG format, it appears as expected.

How to reproduce

1. Create a new Test issue.
2. Add a new Test Step.
3. Take a screenshot (which saves in PNG format).
4. Paste the screenshot directly into the Test Step (e.g., in the Action field).
5. Observe that the image is not displayed.
6. Instead, add another PNG image (or JPEG image) using the Attachment option.
7. Notice that these images appear correctly.

Expected result

Copy-pasted PNG images should display properly within Test Steps, just like images added through the attachment option.
