Test Run Activity is not showing the images added Actual Results, if they are deleted immediately.

Description:

If we add an attachment to Test Step Run, the Actual Results section, then no logging in the Test Run Activity is saved, if the attachment is removed without saving it. However, the attachment is added as Evidence of the Test Step Run.

Pre-conditions:

Having a Manual Test with at least one Test Run.

How to reproduce

1. Open a Test Run Step, add an attachment to the Test Step Run, Actual Results section, but remove it before you save it.
2. Check the Evidence section with the updated attachment.
3. Delete the Evidence attachment.
4. Observe the Test Run Activity.
   

Actual result/Attachments:

Test Run Activity does not show the attachment added; however, removal from the Evidence is logged. The removal log is shown twice.

Expected result:

Test Run Activity should show the log for the attachment added as the data is saved as Evidence despite the fact we remove it on the Actual Result. The Activity should log the removal only once.
