Description

During full reindexing, when Xray's Test Run Status customfield needs to be calculated (e.g., after an integration checker clean of customfield) the error below arises:

2025-08-12 20:03:22,989+0000 IssueIndexer:thread-10 ERROR [c.a.j.issue.index.DefaultIndexManager] Could not reindex: com.atlassian.jira.issue.util.IssueObjectIssuesIterable (1 items): [EOX504SI-947] com.atlassian.jira.issue.index.exception.CannotGetIndexLockException: Can not get index lock.

causing the full re-index of Jira to be very slow.
