Adding images to the Test steps with the same name, not adding an extra number to the file name.

Pre-conditions

How to reproduce

1. Create a Test.
2. Add a Test step with an Image. (Image.jpeg)
3. Add a different image with the same file name. (Image.jpeg)
4. Switch to text mode.

Actual result/Attachments

The file name shows (Image.jpeg) after adding to the Test step.

Expected result
The file name should be (Image1.jpeg) in the step editor.

As a workaround, you have to choose the correct file from the attachments.
