NPE occurs when generating the Traceability report including sub-requirements that the user cannot access

Description
NPE is thrown when a user is trying to generate the Traceability report, including requirements that the user cannot access.

How to reproduce

1. Create an Epic in Project A (parent requirement)
2. Create a Story in Project B (sub-requirement associated with the Epic)
3. Update user permissions so that the user does not have access to the Story in Project B
4. Open the Traceability Report – Hierarchical view and filter the Project A
5. Generate the report
