As a user, I would like to be able to automatically remove missing dependencies between projects through the Pre-flight Checker

Description (Current Behavior):
When running the Pre-flight Checker to verify missing dependencies for a given set of projects, the results display green or red flags. Red flags indicate missing dependencies due to one or more projects not being included in the migration group.

Desired Behavior:
Provide an option in the Pre-flight Checker to automatically remove those dependencies instead of requiring the user to add the related projects to the migration plan.

Proposed Implementation:

• Include a checkbox or action within the Pre-flight Checker to automatically delete the flagged dependencies.
• Display a clear warning that using this option will result in data deletion and that a backup is strongly recommended beforehand.
• This would give users greater flexibility to migrate exactly the projects they want to Cloud without being blocked by unrelated dependencies.
