It should be possible to add links for attachments as Test Run evidence

It should be possible to add links for attachments as Test Run evidence.

For example, we can have an attachment in a Jira issue, copy the link of the attachment, and paste it in the Evidences of the Test Run page.

Currently, we only accept files. It should be possible to add a link for an attachment.
