Modifications to the Automated Steps Library are resulting in the deletion of scenarios at the Test level.

When the user language(Language on profile) is set to French and the Cucumber language is set to "User language"

Pre-conditions

Profile language: French

Cucumber language: User language

How to reproduce

1. Go to Jira profile settings.
2. Change the language to French.
3. Go to Admin settings >> Manage Apps >> Xray >> Miscellaneous >>
4. Change the Cucumber language to French.
5. Create a Test type Cucumber.
6. Add any scenario in French.
7. Go to the Automated step library.
8. Change/Modify the related scenario.
9. Go back to the Test.
10. Reload the Test.

Actual result/Attachments
The cucumber scenario is deleted from the steps.

Expected result

The cucumber scenario should not be deleted.

Workaround

Changing the user language to French in the cucumber language settings, then it works fine.
