    Description

      Description:

In the JQLs, ORDER BY "Requirement Status"  is not supported only if "Requirement Status Custom Field Versions" is set to any value other than "No Version".We get an error "Field Requirement Status does not support sorting."

However, if the field is set to values like - Earlier Unreleased Version, etc., it works.

      Pre-conditions: N/A

      How to reproduce

      • Navigate to Jira Settings >> Manage Apps >> Custom Fields(under Xray). Set Requirement Status Custom Field Versions to "No Versions".
      • Go to the issue navigator and run the JQL to get the requirements Order By "Requirement Status"
type = Story ORDER BY "Requirement Status"
      • Now, change the field value to Earliest Unreleased Version or Unreleased Version or Assigned Versions
      • Run the JQL again.

      Actual result/Attachments:

When the Custom field value is set to "No Versions", the JQL works; however, in the other cases, the JQL fails with the error: "Field Requirement Status does not support sorting."

      Expected result:

JQL should sort in both cases as it is a custom field.
